Where is my order?
If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. International orders depend on local customs and practices. If you do not receive your parcel after 3 business days (10 business days for International orders), please contact us .

Unforseen Delivery Delays
We don’t accept responsibility for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: Strikes, floods etc).

Deliveries to unattended location: If you request a parcel to be left at an unattended location like a doorstep, in a foyer etc you do so at your own risk. In such cases Odeya takes no responsibility for missing parcels. We advise you supply an address that is attended during working hours like a permanent residential address, your office or PO Box.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This Return & Exchange Policy relates to purchases made on the ODEYA website only.

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Australian Orders: You can return any non-sale merchandise purchased online at any time within seven days of receipt for a refund or an exchange - please email orders@odeya.com.au to organise your return.

 

International Orders: You can return non-sale merchandise purchased online at any time within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

 

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of sale items, shoes that have been worn or items that have been used.

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of items bought in a sale.

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
We will happily accept the return or exchange of full price merchandise that has been purchased online and returned to us in its unworn and original condition with labels and swing tags intact.

Alternatively, customers are more than welcome to return merchandise at our boutique: ODEYA,163 Glenferrie Rd, Malvern Victoria, Australia, 3144.

Please include a copy of the original invoice when returning merchandise.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchases, if you are not happy with the merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing, quoting your customer order number within seven days for Australian orders of receipt or fourteen days for International orders of receipt.
If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.
Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price.
If you do not let us know within the aforementioned period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your purchases and that your merchandise is satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen days.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS                            You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in returning merchandise to us, including faulty and damaged merchandise.
